Recently moved from a different provider in Weston who repeatedly put my price up. The chaps here are different with a much more personal service and guaranteed price which was substantially lower! Units are easily accessible and all new, padlocks are provided and whole process nice and simple. Would recommend to all.

Was a customer at Warne Road site and then they opened up by the helicopter museum which is right next to my house. Have been a customer for over a year now, cant recommend them enough, no price rises, very flexible with me moving between sites and always on hand if I have any deliveries. Have used national firms who are very predatory with hidden costs and price rises, the same can't be said for We are Self storage.

On transferring the contents to our new home, Andrew was extremely flexible reassuring us that the transfer would go smoothly and it did. All our belongings were in excellent condition post storage. What can I say other than amazing service. From the moment I enquired to the date I moved out the team at we are storage have been simply fantastic. They responded to all my painful questions within 30mins of asking them even on a Sunday. I had to quickly increase the size of my booking and within 10mins it had been sorted. I cannot remember having g service like this in many many years.
The condition of the container was superb and with the addition of a loc at no additional cost unlike others was also a welcome surprise. What I particularly liked about this compared to the vast amount of others in the storage market, it’s all on the ground level, no going up and down lifts along corridors. AMAZING

Have been using We are Self Storage since they opened last year for my small business, the units are all brand new and a brilliant peaceful location.

Booked a container for my house move, the process was extremely smooth and the site was very clean and well presented. They supplied a padlock and I could drive up to my unit. No hidden costs or price rises, would recommend.

Really really good easy going service. I originally enquired on gumtree I went to meet Matt the very next day at a time which was good for me he showed me around the containers and from there I reserved the unit. When it came to the date I wanted to move things into storage way before the date expected it was no problem at all just one phone call and within minutes I had my padlock and code to my reserved unit and I turned up when I was ready to move in no hanging around just straight in with minutes of notice brilliant service. Such a welcoming company not pushy at all I’ve spoke to Matt and Andrew and there both really genuine people with a great manner and a professional business. The containers are really good value for money they are very well secured and in a great secured location with many cctv cameras and staff on site through out the day too so be sure your things will be safe. Honestly give these guys a shot great prices and great friendly welcoming people. If you ever need anything there either on site or just a phone call away. The Units at Wear are clean and as described. They are competitively priced. Communication was easy and responses to email questions were quick. Andrew took the time to show me the unit and explained how everything worked. When our van driver (who’d been there before) opened the doors on the unit wrongly & they jammed, I phoned Andrew in a slight panic and he sorted everything out very quickly over the phone’ with no fuss, despite being on holiday abroad. Big thank you. My only concern was that there was not a lot of room to manoeuvre the van up to the unit. Our ‘mover’ had a smaller van but a transit would have struggled to manoeuvre round the units. I was very happy with my first experience of storage and would be happy to use the company again. I will definitely recommend to friends.
